For corporate events, birthday celebrations, musical performances, smaller conferences, and, last but not least, weddings, we offer the rental of three newly renovated historic halls on the first floor of the house. Halls are situated facing the square with a direct view of the Old Town Astronomical Clock.
These spaces, long inaccessible to the public, have been renovated and restored by skilled restorers. The beautifully decorated ceilings will impress every visitor, as will the opportunity to view the Astronomical Clock from the opposite window.
History
At the end of May 2024, an extensive eight-month renovation was completed, and RSJ Investments, which owns the building, is gradually bringing it back to life. Through its approach, the group aims to motivate others to cultivate the center of Prague and attract both Czech and international tourists, as well as locals, with a high-quality service offering.
The building was nominated in the prestigious Building of the Year 2024 competition and won 2nd place in its category at the Best of Realty 2024 awards. It also became the regional winner in the Monument of the Year 2024 competition for Prague.
But what is the history of the house U Červené lišky, which is watched by the 12 apostles on the Old Town Astronomical Clock every hour? Since the first half of the 12th century, the building has changed its name, house sign, owners, appearance, and purpose several times.

Location
The house U Červené lišky, located at Staroměstské náměstí 480/24, stands in the heart of Prague 1.
Except for early mornings or late nights, it's not possible to drive to the house. The best option is to walk from Pařížská Street, where parking spots and taxi stands are available, or from nearby public transport stops (Můstek, Právnická fakulta, Náměstí Republiky, or Staroměstská).
